FamFit is part of something much bigger. You can work out with your colleagues at your own location or come to our selected training locations in the city. Whether you’re a small handful of colleagues who want to work out together or the whole company needs a fitness solution, you can benefit from Firmamotion through FamFit.
Your options for corporate training:
Option 1:
Free access to all FamFit’s group classes
You are free to join all our daily classes in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg
- 10 memberships for free training in all classes: DKK 230,- p.p./mo.
- 11-20 memberships for free training in all classes DKK 210,- p.p./mo.
- 20+ memberships for free training in all classes DKK 195,- p.p./md
Come out for a free trial session in one of our outdoor training classes – and experience the sense of community and training that your colleagues will get.
Option 3:
8 or 12 weeks bootcamp incl. health test
Our company bootcamps are exclusive training programs that include a health check with tests and measurements both BEFORE and AFTER the bootcamp program.
Corporate Training Bootcamp is organized in collaboration with health consultants in Humanic Group and the price and content of tests and measurements will be adapted to your needs, duration and where in the country you want us to run the course.
Option 2:
Corporate training at your location + free access to FamFit’s group training sessions
We come to your location and train with you at an agreed time. An exercise agreement with corporate training at your location also includes free access for ALL your employees to FamFit’s group training sessions.
- Class training at your location, DKK 995,- per class training*
* For training locations outside Greater Copenhagen, a small transportation surcharge may apply. A group training session typically has up to 25 participants – if there are more than 25 participants, new classes will be started.
Option 4:
Office exercise for the workplace
Our trainers can arrange office training and office exercises for your workplace.
In collaboration with Humanic Group, we offer office exercise both online and physically at the company address, which means that no matter where you are in the country and how spread out you are, you can exercise together.
Office exercise is an effective and healthy energy booster for the middle of the day that also strengthens the community.
