Do I have the option to try FamFit before buying a membership?

How can I pay for my membership?

Answer: You can pay online with Dankort, eDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express via“Join Famfit”.

“Pay-as-you-go training” - how is my training charged?

A: After each training, your training will be registered and deducted from your account on 01. in the following month. Example: You train on d. 02. February, February 10 and February 25. You will on d. 01. On March 3 x DKK 55,-, namely DKK 165,- plus your monthly subscription for March, will be deducted if you wish to remain a member.

Which classes can I join as a member?

Answer: With a FamFit membership, you can join the classes you want. On our “Class Calendar” you can always find an updated overview of the classes we offer at any given time.

How old do I have to be to train with FamFit?

Answer: The minimum age limit is 15 years to train alone in all classes. If you are over 10 years old, you can train with the consent of a parent/guardian.

I'm not in very good shape. Can I still participate?

Answer: Our classes are customized so you can participate at your own level. In other words, you train “against” yourself – and with your new friends at FamFit! If you are unsure if FamFit is suitable for your level, you are always welcome to contact us at either 70 26 75 85 or info@famfit.dk.

Can I train in winter?

Answer: We train all year round – also in winter. In winter with a hat and some extra clothes on your body. Read our winter clothing tips on our Facebook page!

What is the instructor's background?

Answer: Our instructors typically have a university degree in physical education or a physiotherapy degree, ensuring you receive high-quality training and guidance.

How do I switch from one membership to another?

Answer: In order to switch from, for example, “Training on Demand” to “Free Training”, you must cancel your “Training on Demand” membership at the end of a given month by sending an email to info@famfit.dk. You must then purchase a “Free Training” subscription from the Webshop. Alternatively, you can also simply send an email to info@famfit.dk and we will be happy to help you switch your membership. There are no fees when you change your membership.

How can I sign up for classes?

Answer: You can subscribe and unsubscribe via“My FamFit” at famfit.dk under “Booking” or use our app (Sport Solution).

Can I add or cancel classes by calling or writing to you?

Answer: It is not possible to add or cancel classes by calling or writing to us. This must be done via “My FamFit” on famfit.dk under “Booking” or use our app (Sport Solution).

When do I need to attend classes?

Answer: You must arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts, but please arrive early so we can check everyone in and get started with the day’s training.

If I'm on the waiting list, do I need to cancel my team?

Answer: You must always cancel your class if you are unable to attend. This must be done no later than 2 hours before the class starts.

How many bookings can I have at a time?

You can have up to 30 bookings in the system at a time.

Will I be fined if I don't show up for classes?

Answer: You must always cancel your class if you are unable to attend. This must be done no later than 2 hours before the class starts. If you forget, DKK 55,- will be deducted from the “Free training” membership. With our voucher cards and “Training after use”, you pay no more than one voucher or the cost of the training session you have missed, respectively.

My bill is DKK 55,- more than usual - why?

Answer: If your bill is DKK 55,- more than usual, it may be because you have been fined for not attending classes. This occurs on our “Free training” membership. If you think it’s been a while since you missed your class, it may be because it takes some time for the money to be deducted from your account. Example: You didn’t show up for a class on February 02. You won’t be charged the DKK 55,- until d. 01. March. The DKK 55,- will not be deducted until a month after your fine.

Why do I need to cancel?

Answer: It’s good practice to cancel a class that you’re not planning on attending. This way another member can join the class instead of you ;-). In addition, our instructors plan the training based on the number of participants in order to give you and the others in the class the most optimal training.

How far in advance can I book into a team to make sure I get on the team?

Answer: There are some popular classes where you need to be a little ahead of the individual waiting lists. Here it is necessary that you sign up for the class well in advance. It is possible for you to sign up 6 weeks in advance.

Where do we meet?

Answer: By going to the “Class calendar” and clicking on the class you want to join, you will find the meeting point for that class. You will also find the information in the app when you register for classes.

How do I show up for a class?

Answer: When you show up for your class, simply say your name to the instructor and they will attend you in the app.

How do I cancel my membership?

Answer: To cancel your membership, simply send an email to info@famfit.dk from the same email address that you signed up for FamFit. In the email, in addition to your termination, you must inform your full name and membership number. Your membership will expire at the end of the month in question.
