FamFit offers safe and effective mother-child training where you can strengthen your body after pregnancy with the safe guidance of our instructors – without having to do without your baby.

Mother and Child training

FamFit’s Mother and Child training is our offer for new mothers who want to rebuild their strength and energy after giving birth – and at the same time have the opportunity to strengthen the bond with your child through training.

Mother/Child training combines physical activity with presence and space to take care of the children along the way, making mother-child training a positive experience for both mothers and children.

How mother/child training works

Our mom & baby classes are created with you and your baby in focus.
The training combines gentle and effective strength training for the whole body with light cardio – all adapted to your body after pregnancy and birth.

At the start, we will go through a thorough review of how to activate your pelvic floor correctly and give you the necessary knowledge about abdominal muscle function and rehabilitation.

At FamFit, we believe that all moms – regardless of their starting point – should be able to participate. That’s why we always adapt the training to your needs and your everyday life. Our classes are small to ensure a safe and calm atmosphere, where there is room for both sweat and intimacy with your child.

Finished with Mother/Child training?
Continue training with FamFit in the Team Training sessions.

When you’re ready to train on your own and dad or others can look after the child, you can continue training at FamFit in our many other group classes.
