We have classes and types of classes for anyone who wants to get fit and exercise outdoors in nature. We use nature as our training space and often move around during our training sessions to get the most out of our locations. FamFit’s training methods and principles are based on “functional training”, which is based on our own body weight and natural movement patterns. It’s highly effective, healthy and challenging no matter what your starting point.
We offer customized training for all age groups. We have classes and training programs for mother/child training classes, for senior training classes, pregnancy training – and of course class training for everyone else who just wants to give it a go with good, hard training and running classes.

FamFit is a training community for everyone
A sense of community is an important part of FamFit’s DNA – and that’s why you’ll be able to participate in weekly group training sessions “for everyone” where young and old, grandchildren and grandparents can train together. In addition, we regularly organize fitness trips, events and pop up workouts with different themes.

How we train – Functional outdoor training with bodyweight
FamFit’s training is functional and effective. We use nature and the resources available where we train. We primarily use our own body weight and very few aids to make the training as effective, tough and functional as possible. It’s demanding, fun and rewarding. We make a virtue of getting around the terrain so that class training is also a sensory experience of nature, so training with us never feels monotonous.
The basic concept behind all team training – whether you’re on the senior team or the toughest team – we call MCT (Multi Cross Training). This means that we train all muscle groups and get around the terrain and use the elements available around us. We work on endurance, heart rate and core strength – all wrapped into one effective outdoor team workout.

FamFit is a training community and a universe for everyone who loves to train well and effectively in nature in all kinds of weather. We train all year round and enjoy all the challenges that the outdoor environment offers.
We enjoy the sensory experience of exercising and moving outdoors – and we use nature as our gym. FamFit is outdoor training for those who believe that community is important and that exercising with others is more fun than exercising alone!
